Suzanne graduated from Northampton School of Podiatry, Leicester University in 1993 with a B.Sc (Hons) in Podiatric Medicine. Since then she has set up an Primary Care Podiatry Clinic for High Risk Patients and ran that for the NHS for 5 years before going into Private Practice. Suzanne also worked for Leeds United F.C when they were in the Premier League.
She is passionate about Biomechanics aspect of Podiatry as it can alleviate pain from all over the lower limb and back. It is often an area overlooked until the very end and it is most satisfying to be able to help people become pain free or be able to return to a sport they enjoy doing but have had to stop due to pain or restriction.
Suzanne enjoys treating children with gait abnormalities such as in-toeing as it gives them back their confidence in being able to walk and run without being mocked by peer groups even at as young and age as 3 or 4 years. Hypermobile children with marked flat feet as the ligaments are unable to hold the foot in the correct position are also fantastic to treat as they respond magnificently.
Working four days a week, Suzanne also has a busy home life with her husband and 2 gorgeous boys. She enjoy riding her manic horse called Pebbles, reading and if time allows trying to grow things in her greenhouse.
