After a successful career dealing with large corporate clients in the world of insurance Phil has converted his passion for fitness, health and wellbeing into his career.
Phil has loved sport since primary school and enjoyed over 20 years on the rugby field before taking up running, indoor rowing and, more recently, triathlons.
His personal training and massage expertise will help you enjoy and improve your overall health and fitness, whether you have specific health and exercise objectives or just want assistance to relax, de-stress or obtain relief from physical or mental tension. Phil’s clients include sports enthusiasts, busy professionals and retired people as well as working specifically on areas such as injury recovery and post natal exercise.
For Personal Training Phil work together with each individual to build their bespoke individual programme.
Through Sports Massage therapy Phil can help muscle stiffness and recovery as well as overall body tension release.
Phil continues to grow his expertise via Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise specialisation qualifications.

• Active IQ – 2016 – Level 2 Diploma in Fitness Instructing
• Active IQ – 2016 – Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, including circuit training and kettlebell training.
• Core Fitness Education – 2019 – Level 2 Certificate in Studio Cycling.
Qualifications – Massage Therapy
• VTCT – 2018 – Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy.
