Hello, I’m Liz and I am delighted to be working from Pure Treatment rooms in Wetherby. I’m a qualified midwife with over 13 years of hands-on experience supporting women through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I hold a distinction in a Diploma in Midwifery Complementary Therapies, and I combine my clinical knowledge with a holistic approach to care.
Through The Runa Midwife, I offer clinical complementary therapies to support you throughout pregnancy, birth preparation, and the postnatal period. Drawing on therapies such as aromatherapy, reflexology, acupressure and massage, I create treatments that are both nurturing and effective. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice while honouring the emotional, physical and energetic aspects of the perinatal journey.
Each treatment is tailored to your unique needs — whether you’re seeking relief from pregnancy discomforts such as aches and pains, insomnia, constipation, heartburn, nausea and vomiting, or you’re preparing for birth, overdue, or simply in need of relaxation and stress relief. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and cared for — not just as a patient, but as a whole person walking your own powerful path into motherhood.
